This garment has not been worn, altered and/or laundered and is in resalable condition with a Veronika Maine swing ticket included.
Garment has not been damaged during customer’s ownership.
Customers have proof of clothing purchased at a Veronika Maine store, or can present a tax invoice for an online order.
Garments are returned within 15 days of order date.
If the original purchase was made by credit card or EFTPOS card, the refund itself must be credited to the original card used.

Veronika Maine gift cards and earring purchases are not eligible for change of mind returns.

Returns to Veronika Maine David Jones and Myer stores are subject to the David Jones return policy and the Myer return policy. Purchases returned to the Veronika Maine Online Store must comply with the returns policy described below.

Found a genuine manufacturer fault
Clothing does not match the samples or description provided to the buyer
Clothing doesn’t work as it should

Veronika Maine understands if you change your mind and will return any items you are not completely satisfied with in accordance with the requirements detailed in Veronika Maine’s Terms and Conditions. Returned merchandise must be in salable condition and received by Veronika Maine’s fulfillment center within 15 days of the order date. If you change your mind after purchasing earrings, Veronika Maine cannot issue a refund for hygienic reasons, but Veronika Maine may return them if there is a problem.
