Unlike traditional mattress companies, Winkl doesn’t have flashy retail showrooms, commissioned teams of salespeople or expensive middlemen. Winkl certainly doesn’t charge ridiculous retail markups to keep your cash in Winkl’s pocket. Winkl charges just enough to take care of the Winkl team, give back to the Winkl community, and grow the Winkl company.

How do I return my mattress?
simple. Please contact Winkl at help@winkl.co.nz with your proof of purchase. Winkl will guide you through the process.

Please Note: Not all mattresses are eligible for return.

120 night trial and return policy applies to original purchaser only. Buying a used or second-hand mattress is not subject to a try-on and return policy. Mattresses that are abused, soiled, damaged, moldy or infested with bedbugs will not be eligible for return.

Each customer is limited to a maximum of two refunds.

What happens to my returned mattress?
Don’t feel guilty about your return. Winkl will make sure your beloved mattress is home. Winkl has a partnership with The Salvation Army which allows Winkl to ensure that quality returned mattresses get to those in need.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Your delivery time depends on your location in New Zealand. Order by 1:00pm on Auckland Metro and receive your delivery the same day. Order after 1:00pm and receive the next business day.

For the rest of New Zealand, Winkl delivery times are as follows.

North Island 2 – 5 business days.
South Island 3 – 8 working days.
Winkl will always try to deliver on time, however some rural addresses may take longer to deliver.
